The first DYP Member Spotlight is Tom Choske. Tom is the President and Co-Founder of Freshwater Transit Solutions, LLC, which “works to improve transit in Southeast Michigan.” A Detroiter through and through since birth, Tom graduated from James Madison College of Public Policy of Michigan State University, and works in Detroit because he wants to see it succeed. Tom has accomplished a lot as a young professional. He interned in Berlin at the US Foreign Commercial Service, worked in the Michigan legislature and the US Congress, and working with my business partner to start up Freshwater Transit Solutions. Tom joined DYP to meet other professionals and make the connections that could help me succeed in both business and my career.
